When you report a problem, include your device model, app version, what happened and the approximate time. A screenshot can help.

Your Player ID can help locate an issue, but it does not prove ownership of an account. Never include a password or sign-in code.

Your progress

How is my game saved?

Flickzi saves your progress, unlocked worlds, records and preferences on your device. A guest account connects verified results to the country rankings. A guest does not need an email address to play.

Can I recover a guest after uninstalling?

Cloud recovery of all your local progress is not available in the current version. Keep the app and its saved data if you want to keep that progress. A Player ID alone cannot restore a guest account.

What if results are waiting to sync?

Reconnect to the internet and open Flickzi. Eligible pending results retry automatically; avoid clearing app data while you are trying to recover them.

Playing without a connection

You can keep making personal progress offline. Eligible results verified before the same weekly competition ends count toward both your individual weekly contribution and your country.

If the competition ends before the results are accepted, that progress stays in your personal all-time total, worlds and records. It does not add new points to either the old or the new weekly competition. Points accepted earlier remain in their original competition.

The timer in the app shows the server’s competition deadline. A 30-day opening season is being prepared and has not started. Weekly competitions follow Sunday 00:00 in Asia/Jerusalem.

Delete your account and data

  1. Open Settings in Flickzi.
  2. Choose Account and data → Delete account and data.
  3. Read the explanation, then confirm the permanent deletion.

This removes your guest account, saved server scores and your contributions to country rankings. The app also clears progress, worlds, records and saved results on this device. An online account needs an internet connection for deletion.

If the connection drops or you close the app, reopen it to continue the request. Completion is shown after server deletion and device cleanup. Starting again is a separate choice and does not restore the deleted account.

See data retention and deletion for information about operational records and backups.

These instructions cover the current test version. Email recovery is not enabled in that version; keep your existing installation and saved data.
